The Farmers’ Market Hub model was implemented on the ground beginning in spring 2018, and wrapped up the fourth farmers’ market season in fall 2021. In 2022 we started implementing a new round of hub development with five new hubs in addition to four existing hubs. We continue to learn so much! Enjoy browsing our library of results:
2019 Pivot to Retail Sales
The Rochester, MN Farmers Market pivoted its Local Line online sales platform to serve household consumers, beginning with the March 21, 2020 market. Here’s the story of how they created a system for online ordering + order assembly at the market + curbside pick-up:
